André Carpinelli Advogados
In 2014, André Carpinelli moved to Lisbon with the intention of deepening his studies in Law, enrolling in a Master’s program in Fundamental Rights at the University of Lisbon. Two years later, he registered with the Bar Association under the reciprocity protocol with the Bar Association of Brazil, where he had been registered since 2010.
In 2018, after 8 years of experience in Brazilian and Portuguese law firms, he founded his own office, initially focusing on Portuguese Nationality Law. Over time, the office expanded into global mobility consulting, particularly working with Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

Researcher and activist with interests in areas related to Human Rights and Legal-Political Sciences.
Experience in legal translation and paralegal work in Corporate Law, Banking Law, Insurance Law, and Criminal Law, with an international focus on Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP), Brazil, Israel, and China.
